PLEASE READ: Conference Registration Payment & Cancellation Policies
Registration fees include all meal functions and programming events, including hosted receptions, pertaining to that day (or days). The registration fee does not include your hotel accommodation.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS ONLY received on or before Friday, April 4, 2025, will receive a full refund less $40 processing fee. If you cancel after April 4, 2025, or are a "no show," no refund will be granted, and if you selected “Pay by Check” you will be responsible for the full payment if not yet received. The substitute of attendees may be made at any time, preferably by Noon the Friday before the conference.
